Each Franchisee can sponsor a maximum of 5 players but not more then 2 players from Platinum & Gold,
The Franchisee fee will be Rs20000/- payable to Jharkhand Bowling Association. The Jharkhand Bowling Association will provide 2 set of T shirt & Lower to the Team.
The Franchisee will have to provide refreshment to their team or any other items as gift which they consider detrimental for the development of this sports,
The franchisee can advertise on the above garments supplied to their players but on the front side of the “T” shirts JBPL will have to be written which will not be less then 3″X6″.
If the organizing committee will get title sponsor, then the playing kit of players will have to carry the logo/advertisement of the title sponsors,
The franchisee can provide the organizing committee 4 Banners/Flex to be displayed in the playing arena.
The matches will be played from 4.00PM to 6.30Pm daily,
The matches will be played on Round Robin League Basis with each team playing with others twice
The matches will be played for Singles, Mixed Pairs and Triples.
Singles & Triples will be played at a time.
The Mixed pairs will be played on 2+4+2 format after the singles and triples, but the names of the composition of teams will have to be given in advance to the umpire at least 10 minutes before start of each match. i.e. for mixed pairs 10 minutes before the start of Mixed pairs match.
Singles will be played for 15 Points, where as Pairs and Triples will be played for 11 Ends.
The Winners of the matches will be awarded 3 points.
At the end of 2nd round of league match, the team which ranks on Top of the point table will directly qualify for the finals, whereas the 2nd Rank team will play a play-off match with 3rd ranked team, and the winner of this playoff will qualify for the finals.
A Total Prize Money of Rs 15000/- (Winner Rs10000/- & Runner Rs5000/-) will be awarded with Trophies.
The last date of Franchisee offer letter will be 14th July 2012,
